TERMS & CONDITIONS
I. PAYMENT, DISPATCH, AND NOTIFICATION
Goods will be sent within five days of receipt of payment via PayPal (usually, I send packages the next working day). Please note that payment via e-cheque can take several days to clear. If you have paid by e-cheque, your package will be sent once the e-cheque has cleared.
You will receive a notification mail from PayPal when your package has been sent. If you have used a tracked service, tracking information will be included in this notification.
II. SHIPPING SERVICES
*All packages sent outside the European Union must use a tracked service. The level of tracking available varies by country. Wherever possible, Royal Mail's full International Tracked & Signed service is used. Where this is not available, the International Signed service is used.
III. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
TRACKED VS. NON TRACKED SERVICES
Refunds or replacements can only be offered for tracked packages. If you are concerned about your package being damaged or lost, please use a tracked option. Orders using an untracked service will not be refunded or replaced.
CUSTOMS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
Packages sent outside the EU must display a customs declaration form. Please do not request that packages be marked as gifts or for false values to be declared. If playing cards are classified as a restricted or prohibited item, your customs may impose a duty, or may confiscate your package. It is your responsibility to check the status of playing cards in your country before ordering. Unfortunately no assistance can be provided with delays or other problems caused by customs, nor can refunds or replacements be offered for confiscated goods.
I do my best to ensure that all decks are of the highest quality and that they are packaged securely. I cannot, of course, check every card in every deck. If you discover a fault (e.g. missing or misprinted cards) please contact me with the details and I will be happy to provide you with a replacement free of charge.
